Our credit system

In a constant effort to maintain our service to the best value and to provide the fairest offer for our customers, we have decided to modify our payment system, creating a new "Credit" feature on Serp Empire.

Our customers will now buy packages of "available searches" to use at will, instead of a fixed amount of traffic paid every 30 days. These packages will be added to a "pool" of available searches, visible on your subscription page.

The "pool" of available searches will remain indefinitely active, for as long as the account runs an active subscription. On the contrary, Top-ups will not be available without a running subscription.

A history of purchases will also now be visible for every customer to keep track of both subscription payments and top-up payments.

This new "credit" feature was created as an attempt to ensure complete fairness toward our customers by allowing them to use their paid searches whenever they most need it.

While the subscription adds a chosen amount of searches to the pool every 30 days with automatic renewal, the Top-ups will allow you to add a specific amount punctually, matching your campaign's needs better and covering for sudden spikes of traffic needed by your agency.
